About the Foundation
In 2010, members of the O’Neill family established a Private Auxiliary Fund called the Pink Umbrella Foundation. The foundation was dedicated to supporting humanitarian projects that alleviate poverty and empower people to improve their lives.
By 2024, it became clear that succession planning was essential to ensure the continuation of this work. As a result, Pink Umbrella Foundation International Limited was registered.
Pink Umbrella Foundation International Limited is a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI) registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) and is endorsed as a deductible gift recipient (DGR1) with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).

While funding for Pink Umbrella Foundation International Limited will primarily come from the original Pink Umbrella Foundation (PUF), we do have the capacity to accept third-party untied donations. One hundred percent of all donations to Pink Umbrella Foundation International Limited will go directly to humanitarian projects.
